New School Food

New+School+Food

Recently, Chapin High school has imported two new foods into the cafeteria.  One is a snack called Raisels (Ray-zels), the “Sourlicious Golden Raisins.” The other item of food is the new Captain Jack burger.

The sour raisins are tangy with a fruit splash.  It holds one serving of real fruit and delivers 100% daily recommended serving of vitamin C.

Luke Meetze, a senior at Chapin High School, said “I like the new Raisels. They combine the watermelon and raisin taste excellently.”

Justin Lawton, a senior at Chapin High School, said he tried the new raisins and he didn’t like their taste. “The school food is nasty, overpriced, and I never eat it.”

The other item of food is the new Captain Jack burger.  It is a unique burger with the cheese and ketchup all mixed into the burger already and served on flatbread.  It is a great food to eat when one wants to get into the “arrgh, walk the plank” spirit.

With the addition of these new foods the cafeteria has no doubt made useful innovations in the food industry at Chain High School.

Senior Michah Bagley said, “This food makes me want to buy lunch more, and I would if I didn’t bring my lunch so much.”

With new foods such as these paving the way we can look forward to new foods that will certainly be well anticipated by many at Chapin.
