Halloween is coming up later this month!
Chapin High students were asked to fill out a survey regarding their Halloween preferences.
When asked about their favorite Halloween movie, 32% of people said they do not have one. However, 13.1% of people said Hocus Pocus is their favorite movie. Though 18% of people said they were not dressing up for Halloween, 40.7% said they are dressing up for Halloween with another 41.2% saying they were not sure.
When Piper Russell, sophomore, said her favorite Halloween movie is Hocus Pocus. She was said her favorite costume in the past was, “Alvin from Alvin and the Chipmunks.”
Aubri Dill, freshman, said her favorite Halloween movie is Stephen King’s It. She said her favorite Halloween candy is Reese’s peanut butter cups.”
Chapin High School students also got a chance to volunteered at Chapin Elementary’s their trunk or treat event on Friday October 18 from 5:30 to 8:30 pm. However, many people packed up early. The event included food trucks and there was a fire truck. Many kids enjoyed the trick or treating and many trunks were decorated in fun ways.
