“The Swimmin’ Women” of Chapin High took an impressive 6th place finish in team points at the Augusta Aquatic Center on Saturday, August 23.

581 swimmers from 19 high schools took part in the championship level meet.  Catherine Bendziewicz smashed another Chapin High School record in the 100 Back and finished 2nd in the 50 Free.

Emily Gleaton, Rachel Rutkowski, Denise Shealy, Alexa Ussery, Warren Coppage, Alec Dixon and Will Tenbrunsel all had top 20 finishes in their individual events.
