Chapin’s Varsity Baseball is currently ranked number one on the SCBCA The South Carolina’s Baseball Coaches Association.

Chapin’s Baseball team currently has a 19-5 record and an 8-0 region record. The team is Region Champs.

“The team is a as good as the seniors,” said Coach Mcleod “And this season the seniors have helped out hugely with four seniors batting .400 with a team average of .350.”

The seniors have really stepped up this year and have lead the team to a 19-5 record.  One of the seniors, Nick Price said, “it is exciting being number one in the state and having that title. Coach Scheno said, “Will Eubanks is a great team contributor whatever it is he can help with.”

Chapin has two aces on the mound in William Privette and Cade Austin. Jared Bell’s first time starting Wednesday April 18, he threw a no-hitter as Chapin beat Camden 10-0.
