Prom is here, on Saturday May 5th, the annual Chapin prom will take place at the Columbia Conference center. Students in grades 9-12 can go, although it will mostly consist of students from grades 11 and 12. The theme for this year is “Under the lights.”

For many, this will be their first prom, including Junior, Ross Calderone who is very excited. “I’m stocked” said Ross. This will be his second prom at Chapin as he went last year as a sophomore.

With this being many students first time at the prom, there is a lot of unknown ahead of them Saturday night. “Just make sure you have fun and don’t do anything stupid,” said Ross.
