Eight Chapin Athletes Sign on National Signing Day
Chapin, S.C– Chapin High School signed eight athletes to seven different colleges on National Signing Day. The students signing represented five different sports. The most anticipated signing was senior quarterback, Logan Bailey, who signed for the Citadel.
Logan chose the Citadel because “academically and athletically they just matched what I wanted to do in the future.”
The other athletes that signed were Olivia Chapman for softball at Limestone College, Jordan Dawsey for soccer at Western Carolina University, Mary Kathryn Dickson for tennis at Presbyterian College, Evan Estridge for baseball at Newberry College, Hailey Monts for soccer at Spartanburg Methodist College, Levi Parker for baseball at USC Sumter, and Collin Santiago for baseball at Newberry College.
