Chapin Girls Tennis Season Update
Coming off a win over MC, the Chapin Girls Tennis team has high expectations for the remainder of the season.
After the Chapin girls tennis team’s 4-2 win over rival Mid Carolina, the team has high expectations for the rest of the season.
While Chapin’s top few lost, the lower part of the team performed very well got the win. Not favored to win, this was a great confidence booster for the rest of the season.
When coach Rodgers was asked about his teams overall performance, he replied “We did a great job all around. Our top 2 didn’t quite pull it out, but our lower half did. It was a well played match.”
Coach Rodgers then added “I expect great things this season. This is the strongest lineup we have in years, and they do excellent together, as proved by last Weeks match. I expect great things from Chapin’s woman tennis this season.”
Chapin still has many more matches to play, but looks to repeat last years success.
