International Paper Baseball Classic
The 2019 Internatinal Paper Baseball Classic was held at Mike Johnson Park, in Georgetown SC.
As of Feburary 23, 2019 Chapin is ranked 7th in the South Carolina Baseball Coaches Association (SCBCA) poll. On Thursday Chapin faced Blythewood Thursday Feb, 28 at 2:00 pm. Chapin faced Boiling Springs Friday, March 1st at 10:30 am. On Saturday March 2nd Chapin faced Bishop England at 9:00 am.
On Sunday March 3rd, 2nd, 3rd and 4th place games were held from 9:00 am -1:00 pm and the Championship game was at 3:00 pm.
Blue Bracket- A.C. Flora, Georgetown, Riverside, Summerville
Red Bracket- Bishop England ,Blythewood, Boiling Springs, Chapin
Boiling Springs came home the winner of the International Paper Baseball Classic after defeating A.C. Flora 6-3.
On Sunday Chapin lost to Riverside 2-1 and was put in 4th place overall in the tournament.
Brennan is in the 12th grade at Chapin High School, He plays football and enjoys hanging out with his friends. He is the editor for CSPNEagles.com.
