With an exciting week of collecting goods for the Trick or Canning Event, The  National Honors Society collected the most weight of canned goods followed by HOSA. The NHS collected 711 pounds of food and HOSA finished with 418.

Overall, the school collected food that was donated to  We Care of Chapin Foodbank.

Student Government adviser  Billie Williams said, “We always have a blast doing this event and love helping out our community.”

Students Max Drag, Eason Donaldson, Campbell Long, and Will Van Vollenhoven Walked the halls of CHS and collected goods from Mrs. Abbot, Mrs. Macaluso, Coach Bridges and many more.

The students seem to really enjoy helping out and giving service to the community.

This event continues to cause buzz for Chapin High School and will look to do the same in the future.
